The location
Norra Kajen lies in the centre of the Sundsvall port entrance. The development area is approx. 41 hectares or 415,000 m². Currently, there are industrial premises, storage premises and offices here. The existing stretch of the E4 motorway, the Bay of Sundsvall and the new elevation bridge for the new E4 motorway over the Bay of Sundsvall encircle the area. The construction of the new bridge will start 2010, to be completed in 2015.
